Your First Class

Your first session at PRANA Pilates and Wellness is designed to feel calm, supportive, and pressure-free. You don’t need to prepare anything or have a clear plan we simply begin with what you’re experiencing and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions combine gentle conversation with body-based nervous system work, helping you build awareness, process patterns, and feel more grounded and regulated. You are always in control of the process, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
