Frequently Asked Questions

Our FAQ page is here to help you feel informed, at ease, and supported before you begin.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, and you’ll never be pushed beyond what feels comfortable. This work is gentle, flexible, and guided at your pace, focusing on both the body and nervous system rather than just talking.

Whether you’re feeling unsure, curious, or ready to begin, you’re welcome to take the next step in a way that feels right for you.

Do I need to know what I want to work on before booking?

No. You don’t need to have anything figured out.

We begin with whatever you’re experiencing in the moment and take it from there.

Will I have to talk about past trauma?

Not unless you feel ready to.

This work does not require you to revisit or retell difficult experiences in detail. We focus on what feels safe and manageable, working with the body and nervous system in the present moment.

3

What if I feel nervous about starting?

That’s completely normal.

Many people feel unsure before their first session. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and creating a sense of safety is always the priority.

4

How many sessions will I need?

This is different for everyone.

Some people notice shifts within a few sessions, while others choose to continue for ongoing support. You are always free to move at your own pace, with no pressure to commit.

5

Is this similar to traditional talk therapy?

It can include conversation, but it also goes deeper.

We work with the body and nervous system, not just thoughts. This allows for a more integrated approach to healing.

6

Can I book a session if I’m not sure this is right for me?

Yes.

You’re welcome to start with a single session or explore the free resources first. You don’t need to be certain—just open and curious.
