At PRANA Pilates and Wellness, we offer a gentle, body-based approach to healing that supports both your mind and nervous system. Using Root Cause Therapy and embodied practices, we help you understand your patterns and safely process what’s been held in the body.

This work is designed for those experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of being stuck especially when it feels like something deeper is driving these patterns.

Sessions combine conversation with body awareness, allowing you to explore your experience while building regulation, safety, and connection within yourself. We move at your pace, with you always in control.

Over time, this approach supports greater calm, clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of ease creating lasting change from the inside out.

How We Work Together

Our sessions combine gentle conversation with body awareness and nervous system support.

This means we don’t just talk about your experiences we also pay attention to what is happening in your body, where many patterns of stress and trauma are held.

In a session, we may:

• Explore what you are currently experiencing
• Gently uncover the root of emotional patterns
• Notice sensations and responses in the body
• Support your nervous system through grounding and breath
• Allow the body to process and release stored stress

 

You are always in control of the process, and we move at a pace that feels safe for you.
