Sessions combine gentle conversation with body-based nervous system work, helping you build awareness, process patterns, and feel more grounded and regulated. You are always in control of the process, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Class selection and payment must be made in advance via our online system. All classes must be booked in advance, via email communication and confirmation from a PRANA Pilates & Wellness representative. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time. Changes or cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will not be permitted The full class fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows This ensures fairness for waitlisted clients and respects the limited nature of our sessions. Waitlist If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified Standard cancellation policy still applies once you are moved into the class Please ensure you can attend if joining the waitlist
